Cooking for Color

Cooking for Color is a natural dyeing and cooking workshop series using food waste and local produce with community elders from University Square Complex, with resulting swatches sewn into a community quilt currently displayed in their lobby. This project was funded by Barnes West and presented in partnership with Sankofa Community Farm at Bartram's Garden.
